I can’t live without this timer! I take it everywhere, and it’s been amazing for planning my study sessions and making sure I take proper breaks. I have ADHD and this is literally the only way I can motivate myself to do things I don't want to.
The trick is to start with the 10 minute timer to do whatever you're putting off then give yourself a 10 minute break to Netflix or doomscroll or whatever then gradually go up to the 30 minute (do) timer and a 10 minute break.
My siblings also have ADHD and they started using it. They love it.
